Tally ERP 9 Implementation, Customization and Training of Entire Accounting (including Bullion) & Finance, Payroll, Fixed Assets Module at Corporate Office, Noida

Implementation: The scope includes installation, configuration and fine tuning of Tally ERP 9 Multi-user (latest version) software package under network environment on the hardware available with HHEC and configuration of clients computers installed at accounts division for accessing Tally Accounting software.

Implementation of Entire Accounting (including Bullion) & Finance, Payroll, Fixed Assets Module of Tally ERP 9 Package.

Implementer/Contractor should depute their representatives particularly a Tally software professional and expert in accounting module for studying / discussing / freezing the requirements of HHEC with respect to accounting module and other integrated / associated areas such as different voucher, reports being used, bank reconciliation, chart of accounts, various masters & codes being presently followed  and advising / suggesting HHEC the better and improved procedures / methods  in line with standard accounting practices without compromising on the desired and essential requirements.

Scope of work also includes configuration and thorough testing of all the menus / submenus / options / documents /masters/ reports / TDS / Excise/Service Tax / Vat, access rights etc., for the actual / live data and demonstrates the working and correctness of the same to the full satisfaction of the user of HHEC accounts division.

Customozation:  As per needs of the Corporation.

Training: The contractor shall provide in depth training (basic & advance) to 25 users of HHEC during implementation at HHEC site in appropriate size of batches (at least 2:00 Hours per day with minimum 24 Session)

Operation / Maintenance Training:

• Tally accounting concept
• Installation of Tally product and configuration on server / client
• Configuration of chart of accounts, masters & entry of different vouchers
• Management of Cost centre
• Configuration & Printing of cheques, different user  / super user reports
• Configuration & Printing of General Ledger, Trial Balance, balance Sheet as per requirement of New Revised Schedule VI of the Companies act, 1956
• Synchronization of data from Busy Inventory to Tally ERP, Excel to Tally.
• Bank reconciliation entries and Auto bank reconciliation statements
• Multi-currency system and auto debit note and credit note.
• Tax Audit-3CD details 
• MCA's Statutory Report in XBRL Format Using Tally ERP9
• Security system with voucher approval and auto voucher numbering.
• Exporting the Tally ERP 9 accounting data to Excel / PDF / HTML etc. formats
• Access rights to various documents, masters, reports, data etc.
• Full training on Management of Payroll from a simple pay slip to full statutory compliance and with tens of associated processes and variations - including loans and advances, interest, full and final settlements, declarations, taxes including, deductions, reimbursements, ad-hoc payments and etc.
• Systems maintenance
• Auto Backup & Restore of data
• Updating patch to incorporate statutory compliance requirements / new release etc.
• Online / e-filing of Taxes / service tax etc in context of Tally.
• Entire Fixed Assets Management
• Any other areas which is not mentioned above but essential / desirable for smooth operation of the software.

Documentation / Manuals: Contractor shall provide a complete documentation / Manuals of the configuration, training, which is essential for the software maintenance, up-gradation etc.

Maintenance: Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for one year from date of successful completion of the project
