JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Deputy Marketing
Manager
Educational Qualifications:
A recognized degree preferably a post
graduate degree in Economics or Commerce or Statistics or Business
Administration with at least 5 years' experience in Govt. Organization
or
commercial undertaking of repute. Degree Qualification relaxable in
case of specially
experienced candidates with minimum practical experience of 8 years at
the
requisite level in a commercial undertaking of repute.

Educational Qualifications:
A recognized degree preferably a post
graduate degree in Economics or Commerce or Statistics or Business
Administration. Qualification relaxable in the case of candidates
having
requisite management experience of at least 5 years in a commercial

General Information/Conditions
1.
Upper age limit
for Persons with Disability is relaxed by 10 years (15 years for SC/ST,
13
years for OBC).
2.
Only such
candidates would be eligible who suffer from not less than 40% of
relevant
disability.
3.
Outstation
Persons with Disability called for interview will be paid second class
to and
fro railway fare by shortest route, subject to production of railway
receipt/ticket number
4.
Maximum age/experience
will be determined as on July 1, 2021
5.
Internal
Candidates can also apply provided they fulfill other eligibility
criteria and
have served the corporation, one level below for at least 2 years. They
shall
be given relaxation of for maximum period of 5 years in upper age limit.
6.
Employees of Govt.
/Quasi Govt. Organizations, Public Sector Undertaking/Local Bodies etc.
should
submit their applications through proper channel.
7.
Apart from salary
